Our Young Adults Development Program is designed to offer 18-22 year olds a life skills and practical skills adventure of a lifetime.
These skills include Film making, Podcasting, Vlogging, Boat Management, Photography and general life skills.
Applicants will be mentored and encouraged to use their own creativity, passion and ideas every step of the way.
Successful applicants will join the boat for an 'agreed' period of time. This will be managed to the projects schedule.
We accept applications from anyone around the world. Applicants will be between the ages of 18-22.
Successful applicants will be selected based upon parental and guardians approval, which is all covered in the interview stage.

Representing New Zealand
Jordan Stewart is twenty one years old and comes from Tauranga in New Zealand. He has been selected to represent New Zealand on the Great Loop Project. Jordan is a content creator and will be responsible for our Vlogging up dates along the trip. His other passions include Parcour and Free Running. Oska is a two year old Cavoodle. He has spent the majority of his life aboard a boat. He will be an extremely important member of the crew. He will have the task of keeping up team morale, keeping birds and unwanted strangers off the boat, and he will be in charge of his own Instagram page.
